We have a timespot device in our premises and since getting it, it has stopped me manually having to keep track of everyone’s shifts and passing them to McQ, the staff are all extremely happy with it as they know they are being paid correctly for the shifts they work.
From my point as director of the company it also puts me at ease knowing everyone is paid correctly and I haven’t under or over paid anyone.
