This device can be placed to suit your business needs; it will be supplied with a mount/stand best suited to your layout, If there is no Wi-Fi within the business a sim card will be used so the device can communicate with the software.
Rolled up holiday
This is where your employees are paid an additional 12.07% on top of their pay as holiday entitlement, this means if an employee wants any time off, they won’t be paid as they have already been paid their holiday entitlement as an addition to their wage. This works best with people on zero-hour contracts, it helps you as an employer, knowing your wage bills won’t change to much as you are not paying holiday and someone to cover their shifts.
One thing to consider is if you close as a business, say over Christmas your employees will not get any pay.
There is a £15 monthly ongoing charge with this.
